Position Title Sr. TSRM Engineer / Architect (Code: TSRM)
Experience 3+ years of architect experience and exposure in work-flow development
Skill Sets Maximo/IBM TSRM Incident, Maximo/IBM TSRM Problem, Maximo/IBM TSRM Change Management, Maximo/IBM TSRM Enterprise Adapter, Maximo/IBM TSRM Actuate reporting server, Maximo/IBM TSRM Data Loader and Maximo/IBM TSRM SLA Manager

Installation and configuration of TSRM, data loading, and BIRT reporting. Integration with IBM/Netcool Preferred experience in creation and tracking of service level agreements for tickets in service desk. ITIL certified preferred.
