The Solution
i3 Software developed and deployed a Real Estate portal having dynamic functions and easy to use user interface that can provide key differentiation in the marketplace. Following are the salient features of the portal:
- Ability for Administrators to add and maintain properties online including uploading of photos, to create and publish news articles and press releases online
- Ability that allows Property Managers to
Add and maintain a preferred vendor lists
Create and maintain promotions
Add, maintain, and schedule common facilities like conference rooms
- Ability for the prospective Tenants and prospective Brokers to search for properties by location and availability and view photos, amenities, maps, and broker contact information online
- Ability that allows Tenants to register, log-in to the site, view electronic copies of lease on-line, view building emergency manual, safety rating, construction-related and other building related information
- Work Order Management module that would allow the Tenant to submit work orders online, receive confirmation of work order receipt, receive advice about building engineer dispatch, confirmation that work is ongoing, and confirmation that work is completed while providing SLA measurement tools that provide reporting of the response time, completion time, etc.
- Area Amenities module that would allow the Property Owners and/or Property Managers to publish and maintain the area amenities including local restaurants, shops, hotels, etc.
- Ability for the Investors to view quarterly financial reports in PDF format, view newsletters in PDF format, and submit requests for information online
- Concierge Services module that would provide assistance with plane reservations, dinner/lunch reservations, other concierge services etc.
